BACP Registered Counsellor & Psychotherapist

My Story

Hello, I'm Sarah

I am a BACP Registered Counsellor and Psychotherapist with over 10 years of experience supporting individuals through some of life's most challenging moments. My practice is built on the belief that every person deserves a safe, compassionate space to be heard and understood.

I work with a wide range of issues including anxiety, depression, bereavement, trauma, relationship difficulties, and low self-esteem. My approach is warm, non-judgemental, and tailored to your individual needs.

I trained in person-centred counselling and integrative psychotherapy, drawing on a range of therapeutic approaches to offer you the most effective support. I believe in the innate capacity of each person to grow and heal when given the right conditions.

Whether you are facing a specific challenge or simply feeling lost, I am here to walk alongside you on your journey towards greater wellbeing and self-understanding.

“You don't have to navigate life's storms alone.” ♥
