1. Sessions

Sessions are 50 minutes in duration. Please arrive on time as late arrivals cannot be accommodated beyond the scheduled end time.

2. Cancellation Policy

A minimum of 48 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule a session. Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice may be charged at the full session rate.

3. Payment

Payment is due at the time of each session. We accept bank transfer and cash. Block bookings must be paid in advance.

4. Professional Standards

Sarah is a registered member of the BACP and adheres to their Ethical Framework for the Counselling Professions at all times.
